What is an Energy Vial?
An energy vial is a small vial of water that has been charged with either the energy signature of an object (like an apple) or instructions for the body to follow (something like a program) or both. Many disciplines utilize the energy signatures for clearing allergies. There are a few that use the energy vials for programs and such. The vials with instructions and programs in them are much more rare, and usually are only available to practitioners of techniques utilizing them.
Two of the disciplines I use - Total Body Modification and Natural Healing - use vials with instructions in addition to vials with the allergens. In fact, it is because of these two disciplines that I felt such a strong desire to insert EFT into an energy vial.
Emotional Freedom Vial History
My experience with EFT was that, even though it is very effective, often people just don't do it because it takes too much time or looks too weird. I developed the Emotional Freedom (EF) vial to cut the amount of time it takes to run EFT. The original EF vial was set up to allow you to just say the negative part of the EFT setup phrase, and then run the vial, which would then connect up the "Even though...I deeply and completely love and accept myself" and then energetically run the entire setup phrase through EFT for 25 complete rounds. I thought that 25 rounds would be sufficient for clearing most things.
A couple of months after I first developed the vial, I was using it to work with someone who had a long history of sinusitis. Knowing, from the other healing disciplines that sinus problems (and often sore throat issues) generally relate to hormone imbalances, and that often hormone imbalances relate to emotional issues regarding sex and/or parents (usually the parent of the opposite sex from the patient), and knowing some of the relationship issues this person had, I put together a few pages of affirmations for the sinus issues and inserted them into a vial to run them through EFT. When I had this gentleman run that vial he said to me, "Kat I don't know what you did different, but that vial had a HUGE impact on me this time." Thus my EF files were born.
Currently, the EF vial is linked to 115 files which are chock full of EFT setup phrases, affirmations, afformations, and many other things I have gleaned along the way over the years (the first EF vial was created on November 18, 2005). I have also increased the repetition to 1000 rounds of energetic EFT, as there is no time lost, as it takes as long, with the EF vial to run 1000s of rounds as it does to run a single one.
Then, in April 2007 I was introduced to Switchwords. A friend sent me a link to the Switchwords book and asked me if perhaps they might be useful with the EF vial. What really impacted me was when I read about REACH - its switches very closely matched a file I have linked to the EF vial called "Lost, Forgotten, Need to Remember and How to Find." Since then I have added a number of Switchwords and Switchphrases to many of the EF files, and, in fact I have created a "Switch" file that is now linked the my EF vial. That file, when invoked with the EF vial copies the Switchword or Switchphrase stated after the file name 999 times, then energetically runs it through EFT 1000 times, in essence, running it through EFT 999,000 times (or putting the Switchword or Switchphrase into your energy over 28 million times).
"Running" an Energy Vial
The general routine for running an energy vial includes putting the vial in your energy field, closing your energy around it, relaxing, closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths in and out:
1. Place vial on your chest.
2. Place palm of left hand (receiving hand) flat over the vial.
3. Call files (Emotional Freedom vial), Flower Energy names, Blend names or formulas (Flower Energies vial), a specific technique or part of a technique (Healing Energy Vibrations vial) such as Ho'oponopono (technique) or Ruby (one of the Crystal Vibration Healing crystals). Some vials automatically run when put into your energy field (Rescue!, Healing Energy Vibrations, Whatever) and require nothing to activate them.
4. Place your right hand (sending hand) over your left hand.
5. Close your eyes and take several (at least 3 for the Flower Energies, at least 4 for other vials) in and out.
Following the above instructions puts the energy vial in the center of your energy field (on your chest), then closes your energy field around the vial, creating a sort of biofeedback loop to engulf the body's energy system with the specific energy from the vial.
